I would think that receiving no answer qualifies as "being ignored". DBOX really does not have a well-defined strategy. Your answer who tries to defend them is relevant: a little bit of this, a little bit of that, it is not easy, screens here and there, maybe something will happen... That does not qualify as a articulate strategy.

Ofc I did not put all my eggs in DBOX basket but it is still very dissapointing their failure to unlock value.
