RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Aurora won't let newstrike join Cannimed That's really not how the contract is written at all but ok you can "see it" anyway you want. We already voted FOR the merger, if they vote AGAINST the merger, the payout is $9.5mil for breaking merger agreement. ACB went to court and argued against this payment in the even they took over saying it was damaging to shareholders, they LOST. The terms are the terms. We will get our payout if they vote no and ACB takes over.
