I received this response to my email from Dave Taylor last.. ....night. The man works on Sunday's...kudos.
It appears Dave is the point person for Romania, as he did not dispute Max's characterization of his role. Also, it's clear at this point that, Sidoo needs to initiate any promotion of EW to the market. Whether, Sidoo is directly involved, or delegates the promotion would be up to him.

Regarding your question on Romania, I visited last November and actually spent three days with the Serbian partner/operator, NIS. As you might imagine, it was a very informative trip and highlighted not only the exploration potential of our licences but also the operational challenges in that region. Information gained from that trip was announced in our news release of Dec 19, 2017.
With respect to promoting EW, I have passed on your email to David Sidoo who, as CEO, would normally be the responsible party for such activities.
