Have to weigh in here, as a long, not as long as some, but under water, 20 cents would be enough for me to leave permanently. My money has been here through a great deal of upswing in a lot of other places. If lets say, that is Roberts plan, mils post, one thing to consider is ownership. Between the brothers they have less than 50%, so if a company like Newstar did make an offer like mil proposed, I am very confident other companies have an eye here. Lets assume Sprott owns 5%, enough for 3 major shareholders to accept the mil small premium, Sprott taking 30/40%, is a great short term return. Company C is watching, and sees an opportunity to buyout all the retail and take control of the company with a sweeter offer. One Sprott, the deal maker, a public company, would have to take. Friedland would have set the price, some assuming here from posts, a cheap price, retail seeing a better opportunity would easily take a sweeter offer, I would for sure. Based on what most believe here, a sweeter offer still puts a massive amount of coin in the account during production for company C. Plus plus for company C. That, in my opinion, would be a risk the brothers would have to take if they think they could take it on the cheap. As a shareholder, I would be on the phones with companies C to Z and beyond.
