Quick paragraph from Nuuvera website
Quick paragraph from Nuuvera websiteHey everyone, was just doing some quick research about Nuuvera and it's deal with Aphria, and man, how can anyone not be absolutely stoked about this acquisition? Anyways, this is a great read about their extraction facility: Our extraction and processing environmentally controlled and sanitized clean rooms are constructed from laboratory-grade materials and surfaces, and strict cleanliness protocols are enforced to avoid any potential contamination or cross contamination from outside environments. Each room is also protected and monitored by a fully compliant, security system. "By utilizing our proprietary processing methods established in-house we skillfully produce high yield and high quality refined extracts whilst, preserving terpene profiles without losing any flavor experience and any medicinal effects that the original cannabis plant offers. Our extraction processes begins with an investment in the most technologically advanced commercial-grade equipment and instrumentations which include; supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) extraction system, commercial scale solvent extractor reactors, large scale distillation and fractionation apparatus, and industrial n-butane extraction reactor." So basically Tetra and Aphria now have a facility that can produce Health Canada GMP certified oils at a commercial scale. This facility is based in Brampton, ON and only 3 hours away from Aphria's grow house. Just think about this. In one year, they will have finished Phase 1 of PPP005 and will be able to produce oils at a commercial, medical grade scale. And currently, only 3% of physicians are prescribing cannabis due to the lack of clinical data available regarding its safety and efficacy. There is no doubt this number will absolutely skyrocket once the clinical data is there as a resource, given how lucrative the pain therapy/opioid sparing market is shaping up to be. TBP is in an incredibly enviable position right now. Really looking forward to the rest of this year. Cheers everyone
