RE:Corporate Bonuses
Major US listing not likely until after December 1st of this year. From a 2015 information circular: "Effective December 1, 2013, the existing advisory agreement was terminated and a new five year agreement was negotiated with the same corporate shareholder. Under the terms of the new agreement, the shareholder will receive a monthly payment of US $2,500 for the duration of the five year period plus a lump sum payment of US $25,000 to be paid two months after the Effective Date of the Agreement. In addition, the Company committed to paying numerous success fees provided the Company reaches certain performance thresholds, as defined in the advisory agreement, during the term of the agreement. The success fees range from US $25,000, for acquiring at target company, to US $500,000, for listing the Company on a major US stock exchange. Additional success fees may be earned based on the EBITDA of an acquired target and the increase in EBITDA of the target over a two year period. During the year these fees were waived. "
