I am am curious about what they are charging. Skafel was once quoted in an article that the price of an AP was north of $1800. Seems to me more recently it was $600. So I guess $250-$300 for the key parts  makes some sense. At that level 400 stores, 10 units per store puts you right in the ballpark. So the question remaining is what does small volume custom manufacturing cost for silicon and cards. Strangely I have no idea. It pains me to not have all the answers. 



If you take any stock in the "Base Case" revenue slide the margins aren't that great.
