Even if it does, the rate with which Copper and Cobalt prices are going up these tax reforms will not impact minners revenue.. EV makers are scrambling to get long term supply contracts ... its neither minners nor EV manufacturers that will bare this tax burden but EV buyers

This minght impact market psycology in the short term but IF you are long in Cobalt sector..
Be not afraid :)
