RE:RE:RE:RE:Eight Capital: Buy rating and $2.50 target price for ECSThey may be buying a 'stake' in this but probably not very much, and it won't help the value of this stock. Maybe it'll go up $0.15 cents then drop like a ton of bricks to $1.30 like it usually does.
