I highly doubt there will be a delay.
Trudeau has stated mail order will be in place even if the shops are not ready.
When certain provinces kept asking for more time saying they won't be ready in time...
Trudeau basically said, fine you won't get any tax revenue then if your not ready.
And stated again at the same time who ever isn't ready mail order will be in place.
No matter what monkey rench gets thrown, they have the votes Trudeau will not commint political suicide by not following through with his promise.
Cannabis will be Legal nothing will stop it now, not even the big an mighty neighbor of ours to the south. Too much money is involved, snow balling effect started quite a while ago.
No stopping it now, unless you want to stand in front of snow ball the size of mountain rolling at you.
