VGW expanding to Paraguay?

VGW expanding to Paraguay?In recent news (Dec 2017),  Paraguay Congress legalizes planting of medical marijuana.   Paraguay will allow import of seeds. 

Now, VGW can be full of suprise sometimes.  VGW happens to own a Dealers License which allows for Import/Export. And they just closed a tranche financing at 1.40$ where two buyers  (one being a consulting company) from Paraguay bought a total 107,000 shares.
