News Out! 03:28 PM EST, 02/07/2018 (MT Newswires) -- Greenbank Capital said Wednesday afternoon that it has agreed to acquire 19.62% of Minfocus Exploration (MFX.V) in an off-market private transaction.
Greenbank will issue 220,000 common shares at $1.30 each to former Minfocus director Gerald Harper, in exchange for 14.3 million common shares of Minfocus at $0.02 each.
Minfocus shares were at $0.025 when they halted trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on Wednesday afternoon.
