It actually adds alot more information to the letter of intent ! This could be huge !!! On its Own!!

Once we get through this bottom , this stock will have alot of room for movement. Price will be backed up substance.

Add Potash sales, Maybe a Cannabis License agreement in the mix and You have a Stock that can see Dollars.
