I totally agree with your analysis. As far as NCIB is concerned, it is priority two on their list which I totally agree to. NCIB is not a great idea as it may affect the volume but under the circumstances it is a good option. I guess management is also suspectng manipulation.
It can not be a coincidence that 70% of the sell orders are by #79 and ANON over last six months.
CIBC did not participate in $6.43 and $8.45 bought deals. It is hard to imagine how one individual or institution could have so many units when total available are only 44 million unless it is a group of people as suggested by your on earlier occasions. Only motive could be to buy out the company cheap. JE just bought a small company. After recent reults JE may feel emboldened to bid and go in for offering of shares. May be my theory is far fetched.
