Yes.

But Crius may not be interested. I guess announcement of NCIB is a signal. Otherwise it does not make sense because on earlier occasions management has been trying to increase the float.    Boss lady at JE is very manipulative and so are her billionaire cronies.These  people have lost millions in their romance with JE over last four years.
