Math doesn't add up?

As much as I love their brand, the math doesn't add up?

369 million shares outstanding
170 million warrants to be converted
33 million new shares just issued

Total shares outstanding would be 572 million ( approx, unless there are more warrants I missed )

3rd quarter sales were $745,000 and loss was $2,367,000

I haven't see the 4th quarter numbers yet?
Am I wrong to say they are years away from justifying all those outstanding shares?

They can't keep raising money at such a low share price. The size and price ( .07 ) of the last one blew my mind.
