Long term FAT watcher here.

The bad news 

FAT does not have a huge resource in MB.  TSLA does not know them and does not care because they are too small and too far away from production.  It is questionable whether the Zoro resource will ever become economic for mining.

The good news

The combined resource between NVA and  FAT will definitely be of interest to a mid-tier producer. A senior will not be interested in the combo.

 

More good news

The North West Territories ground looks good.

 

Strategy

The stock could go lower while the weather remains bad for starting exploration in the NWT.  Wait for buying indications until it bottoms, then buy hard....perhaps around .30 (? not sure here) and you will be well rewarded.  Lots of upside after the bottom.
