Would anyone care to make a good faith tender offer?...for Waterton shares? In that event, it seems NUG would have to disclose. See prior posts. PS, nothing says we have to commit to all shares Waterton holds.
Just received:
"Good Morning Tom,
Though the Company cannot provide a specific number of shares, Waterton’s position in Nulegacy has been greatly reduced through 2017. Waterton is no longer an insider and are no longer required to file insider reports because of their position. Due to disclosure and confidentiality policies NuLegacy does not provide transfer agent information. NuLegacy does appreciate the support Waterton has given the Company in the past and looks to continue keeping Wateron updated on the progress of the Company.
NuLegacy is expecting 2018 to be a pivotal year for the company with a 43-101 resource expected within the next few weeks on approx. 35%-40% of the Iceberg deposit, and the upcoming 2018 drill program commencing in late March. I realize that like most of the gold equities, NuLegacy shares have traded down for most of 2017. However this belies the fact that we have made two significant new discoveries on our large Nevada claim block this year. For the record our largest shareholders are currently OceanaGold, Barrick Gold, and the Tocqueville Gold Fund from New York.
Regards,
Frank"
