Soul, there are 30Million+ shares outstanding right. Its not all made up of retail investors like you and me. There are some investors with large qty of shares. And when they decide to get out, they have to give the buyer a discount. 10% sounds about right.

That's why you see the shares slowly climb back up from the 39-40 cents those transactions were concluded at.
