RE:RE:RE:Inter Pipeline Reports Record 2017 Financial ResultsThe utility sector has been beaten up for quite a while now.  These results were solid but not incredible, so the market has little reason to go crazy with buys.  I think it's going to trade in the 22-23 range for a while.  I'm not in at the moment either; trying to call a bottom to jump on board.
