The phone rang, he said hello this is James Anderson

The phone rang, he said hello this is James AndersonSoon after that, he responded, Highlander?  That's a good Scottish name, and chuckled. I don't know if they know each other. They might.  James doesn't read this board.  He used to, but regulators tell him not to post.  I would be stunned if any insiders post here. Some may read it.

We talked more than half an hour, and nothing was off limits.  The Resource Estimate is due in 2 to 4 weeks, in March. He wouldn't share his expectation. I didn't expect he would.

Also in March, drilling will commence. Weather could change that. Look for some big step outs, not unlike last year. It is still about expanding and defining.  At some point, James expects some holes like GSV has hit. That is not the focus of 2018 drilling, but could happen. There's no guarantees, of course. NUG's real estate is in a neighborhood of 10, 15, and 20 million ounce finds.

I mentioned steady news flow is much appreciated. James appreciates that.

Relations with Institutional investors are strong and supportive.  I don't expect a financing right after the 43-101, but NUG is "opportunistic".  I encouraged him to surround news with more interviews and write ups.  He knows that.

NUG warrants are currently under water.

James also has numerous good relationships with potential institutional investors.  A reverse stock split?  The number of shares out is not an issue with potential investors.  It is all market cap.  A $100 million market cap would open doors. A reverse split could reduce trading liquidity, which generally has been adequate.  It would not affect market cap. Don't look for reverse splits.

NUG's price will benefit from higher gold prices, and of course news. A $150 increase in gold would help a lot. My interpretation is that It could solve the market cap issue, opening investment by more institutions.

James would be pleased to present an offer to Waterton.  I don't expect James to sollicit other participants, but he is not opposed. He didn't say how much Waterton owns, but I suspect it is a few million.  He did say an offer would need to be for at least a million shares.  An offer for half a million he would direct to the market. He didn't say it, but I think James personally owns more NUG shares than Waterton.  Be assured, James isn't going to sell any NUG shares.  Waterton doesn't cause James to lose sleep these days.  He appreciates that Waterton played a critical role.  It is possible the Barrick earn in might not have happened without Waterton. I would be happy to facilitate an offer for Waterton shares.  My email is ts001@hotmail.com.

Here is a scoop.  James agrees NUG is undervalued. He also agrees that if GSV is in play, the sun will shine brighter on NUG.

I said I wanted NUG shares to help me buy one of those nice Escape Trailers they make up the road in Chilliwack, BC.  I think he said that if someone offers him $1.25, he might look at one too.
