Absolutely, the only ones buying were insiders and their close circle while deals were being worked on. This company was not even on anyones radar last year. Once they feel they have shaken out enough shares under 10 cents they will start bidding higher to eat up more shares just watch. The walls at 10 will move to 15 and so on.
