The sale of Lochaber is a great idea.  Given their business plan it makes sense to sell, get some money for the main focus of their business but still have access to it if needed.  That will give them access to a source from Brazil, Canada and potentially Africa.  Great!!!

SJL however has a lot of bad press.  The word collaboration is what scares me, but I need to know more.  It makes sense for SJL because the mine is permitted I believe and has a resource report.  So SJL can use this graphite for their battery work.  So looking back it's a win for GLK to sell the property with continued access and it's a win for SJL because they have a source for their make shift mill BUT since they have a scam reputation alliance seems sketchy.  I know more news will be coming, lets see how it shakes out.
