Anyone in AVM paying any attention to VGN?

Anyone in AVM paying any attention to VGN? VGN setting its eyes on increasing Cannabis position.  Heavy hitter like Roger Dent (CEO of Quinsam) on the board.  Terry Booth CEO on the board of QCA.    VGN has over 1million shares of QCA plus some other very lucrative assets.  Much smaller float than AVM and far more cash than AVM.  80% insider held.  VGN on TSXV.
