RE:RE:RE:RE:Some good some not so greatCEO Don missed the first wave to the US.  Now he's missing the second wave (greenfeilds).  The economics are compelling.  For some reason, he's going to stay idel in a high cost jurisdiction.  To each their own I suppose, but I would never support a "strategy" like that.
