ACB and gets Shoppers! WMD gets nothing!

ACB and gets Shoppers! WMD gets nothing!I am a shareholder in this company and have been for some time now. Just want to express how very disappointing this is. Was told the WMD deal was suppose to close weeks ago with Shoppers. Management at WMD is not doing a good job. A company should be transparent
