RE:By this summer

RE:By this summerClearly I didn't explain my point very clearly on the real estate issue.  I am aware that an adress is part of the requirement for licensing in some States, as is residency, in some States.
The increased value in the real estate is from the license initially but then it starts the ball rolling towards production.  When getting that real estate to production fails or takes too long it depreciates the real estate "pop" that was received for the licensing.  Add in the costs to retrofit and buy equipment and the losses plus the overhead relinquish the success to the back burner waiting for land appreciation value to grow, if we can pay the bills, to carry it that long.
The dispensary deals also have to wait to build the business to profitability.  While having a dispensary to sell your own product seems like a good idea, if the product is in demand this is an unneccessary step and expense because established dispensaries and headshops want "hot" products and don't have to partner up to allow a partner's product on their shelves.  It is well executed greenrush companies that are in line to make rapid shareprice appreciation, not real estate.  I invested in a greenrush company.  If I wanted a real estate stock that is what I would have purchased.
