Great answers. Thanks. I like your restaurant grand opening analogy. I suppose my impatience stems from what seems like a big race on to get as many patients as possible. The sooner everything works out for them the better. 

I wasn't so sure on the inability to take a single prescription to other LP's in an instant. Thanks for the clarification.
