Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. You certainly have taken a conservative approach to your math. I might add that the SAM PUMP will have consumables that will generate much revenue as well. Another important factor is Gross Margin....on everything other than the PUMP itself, Gross Margin is likely 75% and better. This has a very positive influence on the multiple paid in a buyout.
