The impression I got from PDAC is that institutional investors are aware of the project though there are a few things:

The upcoming, updated results
New Summer/Fall drill results, further increasing the potential
The PEA

Now private investors are also interested though you want to avoid further share dillution my issuing more shares.

So I believe a JV or a buyout are the paths that make the most sense. A JV will allow access to capital for a PEA and get more drills going in the different zones.
