Very suspicious when out of nowhere, mr pandora starts pushing pp. Main bs on venture is the many dilutions happen to shareholders , especially early ones, get hit with. Bankers end up owning company, loyal shareholders get screwed.
Pandora, why all of the sudden, when even last nr is looking more jv, than pp, would you bring this to us? Tell us all the great things a pp does for us, then compare with a jv. A pp shows weakness, smellie, may not have goods, long time before good results, RW still pulling smellie smellie strings. Those just some of negatives, just some. Very, very small pp, yes, with jv seeking component. Nothing good if pp by itself, sends wrong message to market, sends business as usual for 24 years message, we no longer that company. Start bidding war, you get partner. That is called survival of fittest, business 101. If you have something good and you sell some, people will buy! Or dont you believe we have something good, or you want to be in pp, with super cheap shares and warrants? What your story, we are all ears?
This is the THIRD time I'm averaging down now...
