RE:RE:RE:RE:2017 year end numbers

RE:RE:RE:RE:2017 year end numbersThis reminds me of the times when the market thought there was no way Northland Power, Dream Global or Dream Industrial would maintain their dividend and priced it accordingly.

Well the tide turns at some point of time.

Good thing is AD does not need to come to market to issue more shares for a long time at these low levels.

I remember when it was around $35 - almost a 50% haircut.

The ways of the market are strange indeed.

The float for AD is not very big. Maybe a lot of investors like me who sit back and collect the dividends. The good times will also come. Steve King and team are one of the best (but do make mistakes from time to time). The good thing about the model is that for most of the mistakes they are able to work with the partner and their other lenders for a solution to get out.

And it wasn't just a new 52 week low....it was a new 6 year low.  Tough to imagine this will ever see above $25 again.....the weakness is too ingrained into the stock now.  The new targets in these recent reports are laughably low.
Every little bump....every redemption will send the sheep into full blown psychotic mode.  And redemptions will happen of course....as they should.  It's a mental thing at this point.  Great hold for the dividend.....but nobody will be willing to get out in front of it on the way up....as it always seems to drop back.  The slogan here should be "why pay more"
