RE:RE:What are you actually buyingIt's hard to dispute the returns they have had from 2009-2015...I dont mean to say King and company are in anyway incompetent but I guess I like to have a team with more pedigree when investing in these models. It's a bit arbitrary but the bio's of the senior management team aren't as polished as you'd expect but again thats not exactly a concrete critism.

I do see some positives for sure with Alaris if it got to BV. US tax retorm should provide for additional coveragae for their partners, and it makes traditional debt less attractive...the mistakes they have made in the last 2-3 years should have helped them perfect their due diligence process to mitigate future issues. Their balance sheet is solid, future growth won't go to debt holders and will end up in equity.
