RE:RE:RE:What are you actually buying
RE:RE:RE:What are you actually buyingYou are right about the risks of investing in PE and I have said this numerous times that when you invest in AD you are investing in private equity. I have had AD for a very very long time and will not be surprised when the stock price moves up in time when the love returns from the market.
The market seems to be all over the place. Take a look at Enercare. Yesterday and today. Market can do strange things. .Like someone said on this board or some other - if you ignore the noise things become more clear.
Feel free to share your top picks right now ;-) GLTA

It's a bit arbitrary but the bio's of the senior management team aren't as polished as you'd expect but again thats not exactly a concrete critism.
I do see some positives for sure with Alaris if it got to BV. US tax retorm should provide for additional coveragae for their partners, and it makes traditional debt less attractive...the mistakes they have made in the last 2-3 years should have helped them perfect their due diligence process to mitigate future issues. Their balance sheet is solid, future growth won't go to debt holders and will end up in equity.
Good luck with your investment, I hope it works out for all the Longs.
