RE:Mixed messagesI believe, and have believed for some time, that most of the stock is being hoarded and is perhaps being accummulated, directly or indirectly, on behalf of parties -- such as Cinven, Goldman Sachs, for example -- who are already interested in the outcome from some other perspective and are seeking to inexpensively enhance their overall position. This explains the low trading volume that has persisted for some time, subject only to the short spikes. Once they get the stock, they hold it, not so much for its intrinsic value, but to enhance the strength of their overall position for negotiations. This has been going on for some time, and it pre-dates the Oct 20 CBCA filing.
Of course I cannot prove it.
