RE:RE:CEM is on its way up as the season beginsHey Twiggy Nice to see you back. I have had one long telcon and a couple of Email  conversations in the last 2 months. Asked about the drill reports that are outstanding...no response.Asked about lawsuit (any motions , etc) No response. They seemed concerned our group was going to bail out. Not the case..to many prospects in this district size lease. If Eartjustice prevailed in any way against BLM.that would inpact only the Glacier Creek prospect. Most of the leases are state..not fed..and they would have to go up against AK which is all in for mining. So..the lawsuit would take about a year to resolve. The Barite prospect has always been a hotbutton with me. It would generate revenue and reduce mine tailings ..big time. Dowa was not interested but Constantine is..and that what counts. So..we are still long on this project..think it is going to take a while to get going. CP
