Dilution is not a problem? Just have a look about the historical SP level and the dilution timing. Yes, without dilution we should already be above $ 2. We were already close to $ 2 when they did it to buy back debts higher than they should do. And now look at the SP with Ni & Co much more higher. It' s easy to say that if you buy now, but not if you are a long term SH.
