FDA is setting the table

My reading of all this is that the FDA is ready to approve the VP4 but doesnt want to put itself in a position where it has to make a best practice recommendations that could shake up the whole market (on numerous fronts). Stating it doesnt have the required data to make an appropriate assessment is the easy way out of the problem. My guess is that tso3 will get the approval, but no fda official endorsement . Let's hope the fear of lawsuits and the cost-effectiveness of the VP4 does the rest.
