My Accounts converted

well my shares converted this eve... CMED to ACB. For the ones where I chose the Cash Option, the cash allocation was 13.94% And for some reason, when TD did the all share conversion, they used my book value on CMED and some random price of $3.52 for ACB. I know its just a share to share conversion but it messed up my book value in my investment. Is this standard?
