GBC said they sent out three requisition notices (expedited mail, normal mail, email) in accordance with the Act, and MFX denies receiving it. Either GBC didn’t send it out in accordance with the Act or MFX is lying and stalling. It’s quite frustrating to see them both having a pissing contest on my dime.
