This puts your average cost into the $0.14 to $0.18 category which means you need a 100% plus takeover premium just to break even.
 
I am not quite sure who you would expect to pay such a premium.
 
A financial buyer won’t touch this as they don’t buy future income without visibility and SICPA sure as heck won’t provide that and neither will Netafim IF they see any value in Croptimal.
 
So, where does this leave this buyout / takeover scenario???
