The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DILUTIONToo many investors have the attention span of a gnat and will flip in and out on the slightest news.  This news about more financing is really nothing.  It is really just a further step in building the mine and the more progress Bruce makes, the more other companies will have to pay to buy them out.   He knows this and keeps buying stock on the open market.   It is very frustrating but if you have a little cash and long term view, you can take advantage.
