RE:AD Thoughts

RE:AD Thoughts How you doing CrAyZe ?

Buying a home at a time when the real estate market is in decline (with good reason) vs buying AD at these lows (trading so cheap it is hard to figure out) ;-)

Good luck for the home purchase.

For good or bad - AD is now my largest position with around 13,000 shares.

DIV is second

The market can be cruel but that brings along opportunities.

CrAyZe wrote: Hi all - I have owned the stock on and off for many years. Recently, I have been focusing on purchasing a home and not in the markets but I have continued to watch AD's story. IMO the company seems to be in a much better position than 3 months ago... yet the price action does not represent that.... This could be a nice turnaround story but I am thinking we are going to need another record year of capital deployment to fully fund the dividend, with no other partner issues, and some of the problematic ones on the path to rectification. I am tempted to take a position here as there is no question it is an attractive entry point.
