RE:RE:RE:NOW KIMCO Getting on trackIMHO it should be priced at least 20+. It's current price is deeply undervalued.. all the bad stuff is public knowledge.. management is doing all right things. .. 

I like at at 20, so that means, I love it at 16.50 BECAUSE, nothing too bad has happened in between the time the price moved from 20 to 16
