Re. Cmm does nastyIt was totally the responsibility of cmm who did not ensure that all documentation on behlaf of its shareholders was completed.  it saved them millions by not fulfilling this aspect.  You may call it whinning but i call it standing up to an injustice and corporate manipulation.
