RE:RE:RE:RE:NOW KIMCO Getting on trackRealistically, there hasn't been any legitimately bad news in the last year and the SP was over $24 not too long ago. Right now they are trading at about 9x net cash from operations which I believe is an all-time low. The US tax cut will ease the strain of distributions on their partners and the stronger USD should alleviate the payout ratio a little bit. I get that alternative lenders aren't in vogue now but I think there is good value here.
