There have been several individuals in leadership positions in the cannibis industry that have committed fraudlent acts that include a wide range of events from insider trading to misleading the shareholders and have since been charged by the CSE.  Others have been able to escape charges cutting the edge ever so slightly but the their actions were noted by the cannibis community.  In my opinion, this company should be investigated. There is a breach of integrity and if a company treats its shareholders with such disrespect, it will also treat its patients with similar integrity or should i say lack of.  They were very aware of what they were doing and somewhere people connected reaped the rewards but it certainly was not the likes of us.  I cannot stand idle when there is such deception nor quiet when others support or excuse the deception.
