RE:RE:RE:when is the dilution gonna finish....what a piece of You're confusing "pump & dump" with "firesale private placement" methinks.
A P&D scheme is completely different from the shares of a massive PP coming off hold and being dumped into the market to cover prior short sales. A "pump & dump" is a coordinated effort to artificially inflate the share price on nothing but rumor, innuendo and speculation and then dumping shares into the market as a fake "buzz" is created. That's not what is going on here.
Private placement dumping is just an integral part of the finance cycle as "rimbus" enthusiastically let us know, followed by the excellent detailed explanation by "mtvrdon." And even though I have been a very vocal critic of the Nexology PP and certain officer's penchant for forgetting key facts on camera and, ahem, looting and plunder, I believe that a couple of their verticals have explosive potential. One news release about closing a deal (even a POC or trial) and this ship will right itself despite the turbulent seas all around.
Also, who exactly are these "so many regulators" who "want to dampen this" (whatever that means?)
In my opinion Datametrex' share price wounds are entirely self-inflicted but not due to some artificial P&D scheme, but to a poorly-priced PP. Any "regulatory issues" you've been reading about are focused on the cryptocurrencies, not the underlying blockchain technology. You can probably find on that same news site where you've been reading all this doom and gloom, an article or report about some third world country or another whose national government is already beginning to implement distributed ledger technology.
Here's a few:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/forbestechcouncil/2018/01/25/developments-and-adoption-of-blockchain-in-the-u-s-federal-government/#5d4006bc3d99 https://fortune.com/2018/03/16/congress-blockchain-government/ https://www.itworldcanada.com/article/canada-helping-test-new-border-security-tech-powered-by-blockchain/401140 Many many global financial organizations are also embracing the tech too, so it's not even risque to say, not unlike discussing the internet 20 years ago, that the blockchain is here to stay.
Shhitcoins on the other hand...
Oy vey.

1standgoal wrote: Yes, this is true. Several crypto and coin plays are doing this. The pump and dump in late 2017 to where we are now doesnt come as surprise, or shouldnt imho. Insders of so many companies sold, and here we are today. I think so many regulators want to dampen this - and they have been successful this year so far. More sideways movement to come - all year i suspect.
