Thanks echo, and to all, for suggestions regarding material to send to the hospital I'm corresponding with.
To be fair to them they have been forthcomming with info but unfortanutely through their response it is obvious that they are not honestly (hopefully) aware of the risks they are taking with patients lives with the way they are reprocesssing their scopes. 
I have to be a little descreet as I am a holder of a large # of shares that are under water right now so any info I send has to be absolutely correct as I would probably be accused of being only interested in seeing the SP increase - which of course is also true
