Just Some Thoughts

Just Some ThoughtsThe Presentation is what they use for talking points when they present at a conference. I wouldn’t expect much detail here since they only have anywhere from 5 min to 15 min to make their pitch. However, I don’t see why BAR can’t provide a communication on their web site that does in fact contain more detail about future plans and direction. It seems they leave us shareholders in a vacuum with very little on going news. Now we simply wait for the Winter drill results. I would suggest that Spring/Summer Drill program be done in two phases. With a midpoint release of half the drill results rather than waiting 3-4 months to see something. Might cost a bit more for shipping but the news value could outweigh the cost. Also, if you have a concentrated program and the results from the 1st phase isn't good you can switch to the other resource instead of dumping more money chasing a bad choice.

I have a concern over the suggested drill schedule laid out in the Martiniere RE that was released. I still do not believe (given the current situation) that the piece meal approach of drilling everywhere over the Spring/Summer is a wise move. I have already written to John about this. Since we don’t know what BAR will do for the Spring/Summer schedule, once again no communication, so left in the dark. I suggested that BAR pick ONE main target, either Martiniere or Grasset and based on which they feel is more relevant for the immediate future, and concentrate on flushing out that resource. The eventual goal, being to come out quickly (end of year), with an updated RE for that resource. We definitely need something to move the stock price prior to another funding round, exploring for new deposits is not the news the market will welcome at this point.  My personal preference at this point is to concentrate on Martiniere and deep drill it to upgrade the RE to at least 1 million oz’s indicated. Seems like the Nickel play will still take a year or two to let the market develop, so it could be the next target.
Should the main target selected not produce favorable results then move on to the next target.

At least you know not to waste any more time/money at this point in time. You can always return later when the situation is more favorable.  Hopefully, one of these 2 resources will flush out and become a receptive resource for the market to acquire.

If BAR continues with the shotgun method I believe the market will view this as ANOTHER negative. The question being why are they doing this? They have 2 madien resources that need development? The only reason must be that these resources are deadends and they are looking for another magical find to bail them out. Therefore, dump BAR! Especially after the last fiasco, we certainly cannot afford anymore missteps.

Anyway, just my rambling thoughts on our current situation.
